MOTHER’S DAY MOTHER/DAUGHTER YOGA & FLAG FOOTBALL CLINIC

If you attended the Mother/Daughter Yoga & Flag Football clinic in January, you got a sample size of what this is all about!  Join us for a Mother's Day celebration like no other! Gather your girlfriends and daughters for an action-packed session of yoga and flag football at Centercourt.

This Mother's Day weekend, we're hosting a special Mother and Daughter clinic, where Moms and their Daughters can come together to bond, compete and make lasting memories on the field. Whether you and your daughter are seasoned athletes or new to the game just looking to have some fun, this clinic is perfect for all skill levels.

The event will include instruction & drills, games and plenty of opportunities for Mothers and Daughters to team up and showcase their skills. After yoga and flag football, stick around for a post-game celebration for all participants. It's the perfect way to wrap up an hour and half of fun and camaraderie.

So, grab your cleats, put on your game faces and get ready to celebrate Mother's Day in a whole new way. This event is sure to be a touchdown for all the amazing Moms out there!

Centercourt Montclair Director of Centercourt Flag Football (CFF)

Each athlete is unique and they should be taught the fundamentals, proper execution, football IQ, discipline and to have fun playing the game. With Coach Manj Singh you will experience a basics to high level of how the game is played. "Coach Manj" has coached youth football since 2002, developing youth players through the high school level. He has coached at public and prep schools all across the Northern New Jersey area producing numerous successful players who have gone to college to become elite level football student-athletes.

CFF Process:
Learn and develop skills and intelligence in the game of football
Focus is to improve level of play, techniques, decision making, agilities, communication, field awareness, endurance and overall performance

Clinics: JOIN US for a thrilling and fun experience playing flag football. The clinics aim to inspire and equip young athletes with the skills, knowledge and passion to excel in the sport. Led by experienced coaches, players will engage in dynamic drills, skill-building exercises and scrimmages. The clinics will foster an inclusive and supportive environment, empowering girls to embrace their love for flag football while building confidence on and off the field.
